Married under the oaks.

A family-run wedding venue on a working farm, forty minutes west of Jacksonville.

Every inquiry gets a real answer in under a minute, any hour.

Three horses grazing in a green pasture beneath a large shade tree

Diane grew up on this land.

It was a commercial poultry farm, then hay, then beef cattle. Glenn and Diane met in high school, married, and raised six children out here. In 2017 we opened the gates and let couples get married under the oaks.

Over 100 acres, most of it open pasture. Live oaks with Spanish moss stand over the ceremony site, with a paver walkway down the middle, azaleas along the edge and a pine-straw path to a wooden gate. The pews face the trees. The Reception Barn is open air and over 2,500 square feet. The Manor House is white, two stories, porches lined with rocking chairs.

And there are four horses out front, Shrimpy, Fancy, Twiggy and Louie, who will end up in your photographs whether you planned on it or not.

Why we built this

Compare us on a Sunday night. We still answer.

Most venues will get back to you in a day or two. Here is what happens when you send us a note after everyone else has gone to bed.

  1. 11:42 PM You send the inquiry.

Six short questions about your day. What kind of event, how many people, roughly when, what you have set aside for the venue, how you found us, and how to reach you.

  2. 11:42 PM The summary and the pricing guide land in your inbox.

Written back to you in plain words, with the sample package that fits your guest count and season, and the three things most couples want to know first.

  3. 11:43 PM You pick a tour time on the calendar.

Weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Choose a slot, it is held for you, no phone call required.

  4. 8:15 AM Glenn or Diane follows up personally.

The automatic part gets you the facts overnight. The part that matters is still two people who know every inch of this farm.

From Glenn and Diane.

Hi, we are Glenn and Diane Lassiter, the proud owners of All 4 One Farms. Welcome to our favorite place on earth, and what we hope will soon become the backdrop for your most cherished memories. As one of the most beautiful and welcoming wedding venues in Jacksonville, FL, our goal is to share the quiet beauty of this land with couples starting their lives together.

Diane grew up right here on this farm, building a lifetime of happy memories working alongside her dad and mom. It's in this very soil that her roots run deep. Glenn and Diane met in high school, fell in love, and eventually married, choosing to raise all six of our children right here on these grounds. For us, this isn't just a venue; it is a home filled with love and laughter.

Our goal is simple: to make you fall in love with this place just like we have. We can't wait to welcome you to the family.

Warmly, Glenn and Diane
