Holding a date.

A $1,000 retainer and a signed rental agreement hold your date. Fifty percent of the balance is due nine months out and the rest 90 days out, and we will set up a monthly payment plan if that is easier on you. There is a $500 refundable security deposit. Event insurance is required through NuptialRisk. We take cash, check or Venmo. And we only ever host one wedding a day, so the whole farm is yours from the time you arrive until the last car leaves.

Peak months often book 12 to 18 months ahead, so if you have a season in mind it is worth looking early.
