Events

Not every day out here is a wedding.

The barn, the field and the house.

We hold one event a day, whatever kind it is. That means the barn, the pastures, the Manor House porches and the parking lot all belong to your group from the time you get here until the last car leaves.

Corporate gatherings

The Reception Barn is open air and over 2,500 square feet, with exposed trusses overhead and power on every post, which covers a projector, a coffee urn and a sound system without anybody running an extension cord across a walkway.

Two hundred people sit at tables in there with room to move. The barn and its bathrooms are wheelchair accessible, parking is free with room for 300 cars, and there is an open field outside for whatever part of the day is supposed to happen outdoors.

Showers

Showers are daytime things, and daytime is when this farm is at its easiest. The barn takes a long table down the middle without feeling empty, and the Manor House porches have rocking chairs on them for the part of the afternoon when people just want to sit.

The horses are in the front pasture, which keeps the children occupied longer than any game anybody has ever planned.

Quinceañeras

The barn holds 200 at tables with a dance floor left over, three chandeliers down the length of it and a light wall at one end. Music runs until 10:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and everything is off the property by eleven.

Our certified bartender runs any bar where alcohol is present, and there are no glass bottles anywhere on the farm.

Photo shoots

The oak lawn, the tree-lined gravel road, the porches, the wooden fences, the rope swing, the jasmine wall, a 1953 Ford pickup, the back pasture the family calls the enchanted forest, and the sunsets off the front field. The horses turn up in most of it.

If you have booked a wedding with us, an engagement or bridal shoot on the property is already included, so there is nothing extra to arrange.

The same handful of rules

Outside vendors are welcome, food trucks included. Outside food and drink is fine before things start, but not after. No drinks in glass bottles.

If there is alcohol, our certified bartender runs the bar and serves for up to five hours. Music finishes at 10:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and everyone and everything is off the property by 11:00 PM.

Team members are on site the whole time. Tours are by appointment and take about 45 minutes.
